The 31-year-old model was spotted leaving PC Greens store in Malibu yesterday with arms full of grocery bags from the health food store.
She wore black work-out leggings and an aqua-blue T-shirt over a yoga top, and lime green flip-flops on her feet.
Alessandra wore her hair pulled back in a pony tail, dark sunglasses and slung a white handbag over her shoulder.
