Alessandra Ambrosio has clearly passed her model looks on to daughter Anja - and the four-year-old appears to have inherited her mother's fashion sense too. The pair looked like two peas in a pod on Wednesday, both wearing pink as they stepped out in California. The Victoria's Secret beauty was taking her first-born to school in Santa Monica, and they cut a stylish pair as they strode past the other mums and daughters.

Anja appeared the model student in polka-dot pink shorts, complete with matching sneakers for all the inevitable running around with her friends. Her turquoise T-shirt matched her The Little Mermaid backpack - which Alessandra was helpfully carrying for her little one. The 31-year-old looked quite the yummy mummy in skinny jeans and a beige cardigan - all the more remarkable since she gave birth to her son only four months ago.

Young Noah was born on 7 May, and Alessandra announced his birth on her Facebook.com page.
She told fans: 'Well, the day just arrived and we couldn't be more happy!!! Noah Phoenix was born yesterday afternoon and already stole our hearts. 'Anja is a proud big sister now and we are so thankful he is with us...' She debuted her baby boy, her second child with fiance Jamie Mazur, the following month in a series of touching family snaps - and the cute images showed Anja doting on her new sibling.
